Blu-Ray DVDs:
DVD is the greatest success in electronics history. In 1997, it took just a few years to completely conquer the home-video market previously ruled by VHS tapes. But now the Blu-ray is to take over as the AV of choice. It offers high-definition AV quality, giving a great experience to home media, but you need a relevant hardware to operate the blu-ray discs it. Blu-ray is basically just like DVD except it has got more storage/memory and better AV quality. The downside is the price, it is definately more expensive than the normal dvds.
